Character from one piece who can defeat goku

 

Character  I am talking about is sugar subordinate of doflamingo she possess  Hobi Hobi no mi devil fruit that can turn any living  thing into a toy which will  be forgotten from its existence no one can turn that person into his/her true form until sugar is unconscious(this is brief summary of her power)

Now the point how she can defeat him main reason is her innocent  face she look like child   but her  real age is 22 and defenseless  civilian, I know with this she can defeat anybody but everyone compares anyone with goku so why not me.

I know there  are many other devil fruits that are broken but form me this is nightmare.
