What are real motives of Imu-sama.

 Throughout the series  which contain 1083 chapters 1061 episodes we have seen Imu-sama  twice or thrice  we just know that person wants clear his obstacles  but we don't  know about his true motives is that person really alive from void century? Or is his just replacement of older king of the world? We only seen his glimpse  of power this could ancient  weapon but lets assume that was his power  it is similar  to hakai a ability to erase anything  from existence without any  trace.

Remember God valley  incident  where roger and garp team up to fight rocks? That island was also erased  from existence.

His motive could be erasing the last island "laugh tale " this name was given by roger there could be another name for this island and some secrets  that roger, his crew and imu sama know about. Marines also killed mkst of the rogers crew only Rayleigh and crocus remains.

Does he really care about his people celestial dragons?
